🤔 What is Concentrator?
Users hold veTokens for various reasons. For many, the primary objective is to boost their yield in order to maximize their rewards.
This is where Concentrator (opens in a new tab) comes into play.
The projects utilize the asdCRV token, an auto-compounded sdCRV token that receives veSDT boost from the veSDT delegation feature. Users delegate their veSDT to receive a portion of the rewards, giving all asdCRV holders a better veSDT boost on their veCRV rewards. While this strategy monetizes their boost, users lose their voting power in the process. This trade-off is acceptable to those focused on yield.
